Our Story.
FutureTogether designs solutions around ethical, environmental, and social goals. Our objective is to empower organizations and humanity to create value-centered products, services, and experiences to transform our way of life.
In the summer of 2003, Jaime and Isaac Salm, two Colombian brothers with a passion for design and social responsibility, came to the realization that the work they were doing at their fledgling sustainable furnishings company had a wider impact than they had ever imagined.
Soon after launching their first collection of locally made, responsibly sourced, and category-defining products, they found themselves fielding calls from creatives, sustainability leaders, and placemakers looking to make sustainable design an integral part of their organizations. The calls came from Fortune 500 companies and startups looking to harness business as a force for good.
The thread that connected them was a commitment to making responsible and socially equitable design the new normal. In fact, the brothers still like to say that "sustainable and socially responsible design is just common sense." After all, why would anyone want to harm people and our planet on purpose? Our unique experience-based approach turns clients into partners, builds capability, and uncovers opportunities to solve the environmental, social, and cultural challenges of our times.
