Jaime Salm is Co-founder and Design Director of FutureTogether. As the firms creative lead, he collaborates with his team to advance FT’s creative culture and vision for environmental and social-centered design.
A natural trailblazer and collaborator, he co-founded MIO Culture, a furnishings company he launched with his brother Isaac that challenges the wasteful nature of the furniture industry. At FT Jaime has built a practice that bridges the divide between business and sustainability through design. Today FutureTogether is a certified B Corp leading the way as a transdisciplinary design studio for the circular economy. Decades of experience have informed his work with leading brands and organizations including Comcast, TD Bank, Paris Presents, Philadelphia Center City District, Urban Outfitters and Target Corporation.
Jaime's designs have been recognized and showcased in galleries and permanent museum collections worldwide, including The National Building Museum in Washington, The Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, The Ontario Science Center, The Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. His work has been widely published by periodicals including Metropolis Magazine, Interior Design, Better Homes and Gardens, The New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Contract Magazine and Azure as well as in books such as: The EcoDesign Handbook, The International Design Year Book, Transmaterial, Experimental EcoDesign: Architecture Fashion Product, (ART)IFACT and The Independent Design Guide, among others.
Jaime has been a guest speaker on design, innovation, and sustainability at corporations such as Hallmark, Designtex, ICFF, Nutresa and a guest speaker and lecturer at educational institutions including TCDC in Bangkok, IDSA, Parsons School of Design, Pratt Institute, The University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson University, The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) Mexico and Universidad Autónoma de Barranquilla.

Isaac Salm is Co-founder and Business Director of FutureTogether. Under his leadership FT has grown and delivered shareholder and stakeholder value to hundreds of organizations seeking to transform their business and align their social and environmental impact with their bottom line.
Isaac received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Miami with a double major in Economics and Finance. He started his career working as a financial analyst at Kimberly Clark Corporation where he held several positions supporting manufacturing sites in the US and abroad. He later joined FutureTogether and sister company MIO as Business Managing Director where he is responsible for leading the operations, finance, and logistics. Under his leadership FutureTogether has been certified as a B Corporation. Isaac's work with leading organizations such as Comcast, Bloomberg, Knoll, University City District, Neiman Marcus and Target Corporation showcase FutureTogether’s ability to redefine projects around circularity and social impact, framing business as a force for good.
Isaac has been a guest speaker at corporations, educational institutions and non-for-profit organizations including The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) Mexico, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia and IDSA.
